Although I have worked with html5 before this. But picking between rails for zombies (done), legacy updating (done) and a free form FOSS work… I choose the HTML5 tut just for the fun of it.
Good thing about this thing was that I could do it at my own speed and that I could do other stuff in between… like writing this first blog post!

… ow maybe I have to talk you through this a bit.
The idea of the tutorial is to guide you through the coolest parts of HTML5 and a bit of CSS3 by creating a kind of game. A multi-player player game to be exact. Going from canvas to forms, modenizr, local storage, media, web-sockets and a hint of location API. In overdrive web-workers and off-line applications were also part of the tutorial.
I was quick enough to get some of the extra’s in and do some work on the side but this can basically keep you busy for about 3 hours.
